A 45-minute interactive presentation that provides students (years 5 - 12) with education on the business model and psychological impacts of social media, strategies to help tackle this, and a safe space to reflect on the social media they use, how they use it (and how it uses them), and how it makes them feel.

Building on the Like Me Talks, these workshops are delivered in smaller groups and take a more in-depth look at the above concepts. The workshops provide tools to assist each student to develop more awareness around their social media use, and exercises to help feel empowered in their use of it.
